Golden Knights 8-Way at Skydive Chicago

The Golden Knight 8-Way Team has completed day four of the training camp at Skydive Chicago.  Day one was off to a slow start as showers and low ceilings kept the team from jumping in the morning, but at 2:00 PM the skies opened up and the Team was able to get in eight jumps.  In fact, GK8 has struggled with weather each day of the camp so far, but is still meeting their goal of 10 jumps per day.  Sometimes jumping through rain and winds the team has struggled to get every ounce of training out of  Skydive Chicago. Their commitment to that training has already paid off; on day two of the camp the team finished a 10 round set of jumps with a 20.3 average.  That means over a series of 10 jumps, the team earned a total of 203  points. With 40 jumps down (360 cumulative jumps)  GK8 is only 60 jumps away form their 100 jump goal before the Battle at Midway.  Check back later for more updates from Skydive Chicago!
