Vincent  Vaughn will be taking his comedy sky high!  On Saturday August 14 at 11:00 am, he will be soaring over the waters of Chicago charted by Billy Murray. Vince is a strong believer that comedy, at it’s best, can be healing and always attempts to do his very best at everything. 6’ 5” Vaughn was born on March 28,1970, in Minneapolis, Minnesota is an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and is nicked named “Mr. Sunshine.”

Chicago born actor Vince Vaughn will jump into the 52nd Annual Chicago Air and Water Show at North Avenue Beach on Saturday, August 14 at 11:00 a.m. with the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights to kick off the show!  Mr. Vaughn is frequently spotted around Chicago, now you can see him in the skies above Chicago!

                          Vince Vaughn, is best known for his roles in “Wedding Crashers”,  “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story”, “Old School”, and “The Break-up”. He is currently wrapping up filming of “The Dilemma” from Universal Pictures / Imagine Entertainment.  The film is directed by Ron Howard and they have been shooting here in Chicago since May.  The film’s stars include Vaughn, Kevin James and Winona Ryder.   Other Chicago films Vince Vaughn shot in Chicago include the “The Break-Up” & “Fred Claus”.

The U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights will be performing the tandem jump with Vaughn.  In recent years the Golden Knights have tandem jumped former President George H.W. Bush and Bill Murray in Chicago in 2008.   The Golden Knights and Vince Vaughn will jump out of an aircraft 12,500 feet above Chicago and race to North Avenue Beach at speeds exceeding 120 mph, to kick off the Chicago Air and Water Show.
